Tenure

The site of the school premises is freehold.  The access driveway over the car parking area is leasehold for a period of 100 years from 9th July 2007 with an option to renew for a further 60 years.  Peppercorn rent.

 

Directions

If approaching Weston on Trent from Swarkestone, on entering the village the premises will be found on the right hand side just after the railway bridge.  For parking purposes however, continue past the school and take the next turning right into Park Lane and the access drive will be found immediately on the right (behind 49 Main Street on the corner).

 

Conditions Of Sale

The Conditions of Sale will be deposited at the offices of the auctioneers and vendors solicitors/licensed conveyancers seven days prior to sale and the purchaser shall be deemed to have knowledge of same whether inspected or not.  Any questions relating to them must be raised prior to 12.30 pm.  Prospective purchasers are advised to check with the auctioneers before the sale that the property is neither sold or withdrawn.

 

The purchaser will also be deemed to have read and understood the auction conduct notes printed within the sale catalogue.
